Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General provisions

This Policy sets out how the website mediavg.ru (the Website) processes and protects personal data. It is issued by the data controller: ИП Тураев Егор Александрович (OGRNIP 326580000075215, INN 582303088549), address: 442370, Пензенская область, рабочий посёлок Мокшан, улица Строителей, дом 15В, к2.

The Policy is drafted in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data” and published pursuant to part 2 of Article 18.1 thereof. It applies to all personal data received through the Website.

The controller is registered in the register of personal data operators as required by Russian law.

2. Definitions

Personal data — any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. Processing — any operation with personal data, including collection, recording, storage, updating, use, transfer, anonymisation, blocking and deletion. User — a visitor of the Website. Consent — specific, informed and conscious permission to process data.

3. Data we process

We process the data a user voluntarily provides in the application form: name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), project name or stage name, genre, selected platforms, social media links and the message text.

Technical data is collected automatically: IP address, browser and device data (User-Agent), date and time of the request, and records of consent and its parameters. Special categories of personal data and biometric data are not processed.

Data must be accurate: users provide current information about themselves and may update it at any time.

4. Purposes of processing

Data is processed solely for: (a) contacting the user regarding their application; (b) preparing and concluding a services agreement; (c) providing services, record-keeping and settlements; (d) handling requests and claims; (e) protecting against spam, fraud and abuse; (f) complying with Russian law.

We do not use data for automated decision-making producing legal effects, nor do we make decisions based solely on automated processing.

5. Legal grounds

Grounds for processing are: the user’s consent (Art. 6(1)(1)); performance of a contract to which the user is a party (Art. 6(1)(5)); compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(2)); and the controller’s legitimate interests where they do not override the data subject’s rights (Art. 6(1)(7)).

Consent is given by ticking the relevant box in the application form before submitting it. Applications without such consent are not accepted.

6. Sharing with third parties

Personal data is never sold or shared for marketing. Transfers are possible: (a) to processors supporting the Website and communications (hosting, e-mail, mailing and CRM services) under confidentiality terms and only as needed; (b) to digital platforms when required to deliver the services; (c) to public authorities upon a lawful and reasoned request.

No transfer outside the Russian Federation is performed except as expressly permitted by law. Data is not published in public sources.

7. Cookies and technical data

The Website uses cookies: strictly necessary ones for forms, CSRF protection and language selection. No analytics or advertising trackers are used.

Cookies can be disabled in browser settings; some features (such as submitting the form) may then work incorrectly. Consent can be withdrawn by deleting the site data in the browser.

8. Retention

Data is retained no longer than necessary: applications — up to 24 months after the last interaction; contract-related data — for the term of the agreement and 5 years thereafter (accounting and tax requirements); data processed on consent — until consent is withdrawn.

Once purposes are achieved or consent withdrawn, data is destroyed or anonymised within 30 days unless the law provides otherwise.

9. Security measures

We apply legal, organisational and technical measures: restricted database access, HTTPS, password-protected administration, form anti-automation, backups, and controlled staff and contractor access.

In case of unlawful or accidental data transfer, we notify the regulator within the statutory 24 hours and take remedial action.

10. Your rights

Users may: obtain information about processing and a copy of their data; request correction, blocking or destruction of incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or unlawfully obtained data; withdraw consent; lodge a complaint with the regulator or a court.

Requests are sent to support@mediavg.ru or to the postal address above. A request must contain information sufficient to identify the applicant. We respond within 10 business days. Withdrawal of consent does not prevent processing required to perform an existing agreement or to comply with law.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may amend the Policy by publishing a new version on this page. The new version takes effect upon publication unless stated otherwise. The current version is always available at mediavg.ru.
